<p>Yeah, well, it doesn&#8217;t work for a <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radio_clock">Rugby Clock</a> with a sniff of power left in it.</p>
<p>The clock in the study here doesn&#8217;t have enough power left to drive the second hand, but every now and then it manages to store up enough power to get a signal from Rugby and tries to correct itself. Except it runs out of power before it gets there&#8230;</p>
